This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, SpatialFeed (the "Application"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of this Privacy Policy.1. Information We CollectWe may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Application depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:a. Information You Provide to UsAccount Information: When you create an account, we use Apple Sign In. We may collect your name and email address as provided by Apple to create and manage your account.User-Generated Content: We collect the content you create, including the text prompts you enter and the spatial images that are generated as a result ("Generated Content"). We also collect information about your interactions with content, such as images you "like."User Images: If you use the Create or Remix features, you may voluntarily upload photos ("User Images") for editing or remixing. User Images may include faces; however, we do not directly analyze or extract face data (such as facial geometry or landmarks) from these images. We treat the entire image as a single piece of data for the sole purpose of performing your requested edit.Communications: If you contact us directly for support or feedback, we will collect the information you provide in your communications, such as your name, email address, and the content of your message.b. Information We Collect AutomaticallyUsage Data: We automatically collect information about your activity on our Application, such as the features you use, the actions you take, the time and date of your activities, and how long you spend on the app.Device Information: We collect information about your visionOS device, including the device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.Analytics Data: We may use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Application. These tools collect information in an aggregated and anonymous form that does not directly identify any individual user.2. How We Use Your InformationHaving accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:Create and manage your account.Provide, operate, and maintain the Application's services, including processing your text prompts and, when provided, User Images to generate spatial images.Display your Generated Content on the public feed, as is the core function of our service for free users.Improve, personalize, and expand our Application.Understand and analyze how you use our Application to develop new products, services, features, and functionality.Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the Application.Enforce our Terms of Use and other policies.Find and prevent fraud and other security risks.3. How We Share Your InformationWe do not share your personal information with third parties except in the circumstances described below:Publicly Shared Content: The core functionality of the free version of our Application is to share your Generated Content publicly on the "Feed" for other users to see and interact with. Your Generated Content is, by default, public.Third-Party Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services for us or on our behalf. This includes:AI Processing: We process User Images on our own secure servers to fulfill your requested edits. We do not share User Images with third-party AI model providers.Backend and Hosting Providers (e.g., Google Firebase): We use third-party services to host our application, store data, and manage user authentication.Legal Obligations and Rights: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend our rights or property, (iii) prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Application, or (iv) protect the personal safety of users of the Application or the public.Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.3.a. Special Note on User-Uploaded Images and Face DataWhile our Application does not specifically analyze or extract face data (such as facial geometry or landmarks), we recognize that photos you upload for editing or remixing ("User Images") may contain images of faces. We collect these User Images only when you voluntarily provide them. The sole use of these User Images is to process them, along with your text prompt, through AI models hosted on our own secure servers to return an edited spatial image to you. User Images are not shared with any external, third-party AI service providers. This data is stored on our third-party Backend and Hosting Providers and is retained as part of your User-Generated Content for as long as your account is active or until you delete it.4. Data SecurityWe use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.5. Your Rights and ChoicesDepending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These may include the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can manage your profile information from within your account settings. You can delete your account from Settings > Delete Account. When you delete your account, we remove associated personal data from our active databases in accordance with our data retention policies. Please note that some information, particularly publicly shared Generated Content, may remain available or be retained for a period of time as permitted by law and our policies.6. Children's PrivacyOur service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.7. International Data TransfersYour information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those from your jurisdiction.
